I spent 1-1/2 years with the ownership team who wanted to convert this 40-year old empty building into a high-end hotel. I helped them understand the structural engineering issues with the current structure, as well as the curtain wall ramifications of changing the glass to meet code. The hotel has been completed for years now and my engineering & design recommendations were followed. -Tamara
